Ron McKay
Chair of the Board

Ronald McKay, B.A., is the Chair of ICCRC’s Board of Directors. He is a former Immigration Officer who spent ten years at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. Since becoming an immigration consultant sixteen years ago, Ronald has served the profession in a number of ways, including National President of CAPIC. He has been an instructor at the UBC Immigration Practitioner program for ten years and is a frequent guest speaker at other Immigration Practitioner programs.

Christopher Barry
President & CEO (Interim)

              

With more than twenty years of business transformation experience as a member of senior management teams and as a CEO, Christopher Barry works with corporations and non-profit organizations to strengthen and improve operations management, service and product delivery and strategic business relationships to deliver positive bottom line results. A particular interest currently is the dynamics of stakeholder relationships in organization transformation.

Christopher has extensive work experience as a Senior Vice President for a major international consultancy, as a member of the corporate leadership team for an Ontario Crown corporation, and as the senior government relations/foreign market entry executive at a major financial institution. He was, more recently, Vice President – Global Supply Management for a US $ 1.0 billion multi-product manufacturer until its purchase by a private equity fund, and then as a senior executive responsible for global infrastructure planning at a Canada-based international wireless services provider.

Since 2009, his non-profit organization interim assignments have included serving as the CEO or COO for 6 major national organizations in Canada.
